Ask and You Shall Receive!

Well I asked and I did receive.   I requested a Sim from the Classified Ads section over at Sims Daily Forum and Phyre created the following awesomeness for me.    So EXCITED!

I requested a male Sim of Asian descent.  His LTW is Great Explorer, so he needed to be athletic, a lover of the great outdoors, disciplined, adventurous and handy and also a bit of a daredevil. The following pic was given as a guide.

 And Phyre worked some kind of magic and produced :

Art Gallery Home Project

Billy Caspian a artist originally from Riverview but relocated to Bridgeport for more exposure for his art.  Now if any of you are familiar with Billy then you know he is a loner and being so he desired to have a nice place to display and sell his art so he wouldn't have to leave his home for work.  My house is based on Nagoya01, and it's not an exact replica of this house but I made it to suit the needs of Billy.
